Our brand new, fully air conditioned, purpose built grooming pod is equipped with a Hydro Bath, Electric Grooming Table, Professional Blaster and Finishing Dryer.

Premium Dog Grooming

Toby’s Tail is owned and run by Sarah who offers a one to one, premium and professional dog grooming service, based in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

Our fully air conditioned, purpose built grooming pod is equipped with a Hydro Bath, Electric Grooming Table, Professional Blaster and Finishing Dryer. Only Professional Grooming Products and Equipment is used.

We will be providing the personal loving pet care that owners themselves would provide if they were able to, in a safe and hygienic environment.

We welcome the opportunity to work with nervous and shy dogs to build a relationship with them and hopefully give them an experience they will come to enjoy and a place they feel comfortable and calm.

Our Services

  • Comprehensive full grooming service
  • Wash & Go, designed for in-between full grooms and includes brushing and drying
  • Bath and Towel Dry, no brush out but great for those dogs who like to roll in mud
  • Brush Only, a brush out of your dog’s coat

  • Eyes and Ear Clean
  • Nail Cutting/Trimming
  • Nervous/Bad Experience Dog Visits
  • Puppy Package (for dogs up to six months old, may include nail clipping, brush, bath, dry and getting the dog accustomed to the environment and myself)

Dogs all come in different shapes and sizes, single coats, double coats, short, long and wire haired and therefore all grooms will be different.

About Us

Caring for your pets

Having spent many years working in an office environment, I always knew my love of animals would win through in the end. I have grown up with a variety of animals; cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish and horses, and this has not changed as I have got older. I currently share my time with my Husband and our Dog and Cat, Toby and Chester…. Toby is the mascot for the business and I am sure over time you will be seeing much more of his face.

I have now fully retrained and have a full diploma in Dog Grooming.

In addition, I have also completed a Covid19 Course to ensure that I am fully aware of operational needs to provide the safety of both myself, the dogs and most importantly, us as pet owners.
